Location: Onsite in Semarang, Indonesia (Responsible for West and Central Java areas)

What you will do
- Manage and oversee collection operations for the West and Central Java regions.
- Review and optimize collection processes, policies, and staffing through data-driven analysis.
- Collaborate with Product, HR, Finance, Sales, and BI functions to boost productivity.
- Adjust operational budgets to balance cost versus credit loss and ensure profitability.
- Handle resource allocation, KPI setting, and measurement to meet company growth targets.
- Manage customer support processes to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) from a reputable university.
- At least 3 years of proven experience as a Collection Operation Manager or in an equivalent position.
- At least 3 years of proven organizational and leadership ability.
- Strong communication and people management skills.
- Sound knowledge of data analysis and operational metrics.
- Ability to make decisive actions in a high-pressure environment.
Nice to have
- Experience managing consumer lending products (e.g., Credit Cards, KTA, Motorcycle Loans).
- Experience working within a Multi Finance Company.
