What you will do

• Manage and oversee collection operations for the West and Central Java regions.
• Review and optimize collection processes, policies, and staffing through data-driven analysis.
• Collaborate with Product, HR, Finance, Sales, and BI functions to boost productivity.
• Adjust operational budgets to balance cost versus credit loss and ensure profitability.
• Handle resource allocation, KPI setting, and measurement to meet company growth targets.
• Manage customer support processes to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) from a reputable university.
• At least 3 years of proven experience as a Collection Operation Manager or in an equivalent position.
• At least 3 years of proven organizational and leadership ability.
• Strong communication and people management skills.
• Sound knowledge of data analysis and operational metrics.
• Ability to make decisive actions in a high-pressure environment.

Nice to have

• Experience managing consumer lending products (e.g., Credit Cards, KTA, Motorcycle Loans).
• Experience working within a Multi Finance Company.
