Location: Must be based in or close to a major US airport in the Washington DC/Baltimore area (Columbia, MD) or the DFW metro area (Coppell, TX)

Salary: $96,000–$128,000

What you will do

• Implement Service Delivery and Support concepts, processes, and tools to enable operational delivery.
• Drive the cross-functional development of SLA concepts and pricing strategies.
• Manage subcontractor performance and relationships, including developing Statements of Work.
• Coordinate logistics for technicians, tools, and parts to ensure successful service events.
• Define and monitor KPIs, tracking costs, margins, and revenue related to the program.
• Onboard customers to support platforms and act as the primary point of contact for escalations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field.
• Must be a US resident with valid work authorization and the ability to obtain DHS security clearance.
• Technical ability to understand RF and Electrical system fundamentals and associated documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel for analyzing and presenting complex datasets.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex projects; PMP/PMI certification is a plus.
• Ability to travel at least 25%, primarily domestic with occasional international trips.

Nice to have

• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and 5S methodologies.
• Familiarity with SAP.
