What you will do

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly global data analysis according to a predefined schedule.
• Identify key business drivers, evaluate data integrity, and perform quality control.
• Troubleshoot reporting issues and lead accuracy assurance efforts.
• Present progress reports, issues, and solutions to stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally worldwide and partner with IT to resolve database or timing issues.
• Implement and manage reporting process changes to meet accuracy targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Technical studies, or similar.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in data analytics or operations.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (dashboards) and SQL is mandatory.
• Fluent English with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Must be based in Belgrade, Serbia and able to work from the office at least 3 days per week.
• Must be willing to work European business hours.
