People Partner, Global Support

Wolt is looking for a People Partner to support its Global Support organization across multiple markets. In this role, you’ll partner with regional and country leaders, bringing people strategy to life in a fast-paced international environment.
What you’ll do:
— Act as the main People Partner for assigned countries and Shared Service Centers
— Execute global initiatives around compensation, performance management, engagement, leadership development, and organizational design
— Lead compensation processes and implement job profiles and workforce frameworks
— Drive engagement and leadership development initiatives using people data and insights
— Monitor organizational health metrics and support local improvement initiatives
— Partner closely with senior People leaders and operational stakeholders across markets
What we’re looking for:
— Solid experience as an HR Business Partner or People Partner, ideally in a multi-country environment
— Hands-on experience with compensation cycles, performance management, and people development programs
— Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
— Confidence working with people data and translating insights into action
— Ability to work across different cultures and markets
