What you will do

  • Partner with C-level executives and senior R&D leaders on organizational strategy and workforce planning.
  • Lead organizational design initiatives and structural changes to support business growth.
  • Drive core HR cycles including performance management, compensation reviews, and talent development.
  • Identify opportunities to transform manual HR processes into scalable, AI-driven workflows.
  • Foster psychological safety and a culture of belonging within the global R&D organization.
  • Advise managers on employee relations, engagement, and retention strategies.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of HR experience with at least 5 years as an HRBP in mid-size or large global hi-tech companies.
  • Proven experience partnering with senior leaders and executives in a global environment.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business needs into people solutions.
  • AI-first mindset with hands-on experience leveraging AI and automation to reimagine HR processes.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English (written, verbal, and executive-level).
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
