What you will do
- Plan, build, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads (Search, Display, retargeting) for a portfolio of ~25 developer/classifieds client accounts.
- Manage pacing and budget utilization to hit each client’s monthly lead and qualified-lead (QL) targets within allocated ad budgets.
- Improve cost-efficiency by lowering CPL and CPQL, increasing lead-to-QL conversion (CVR), and protecting lead quality using negative keywords, audience refinement, and lead verification/filtering.
- Run and grow retargeting/remarketing (audiences, exclusions, dynamic catalogue ads) to increase qualified lead share.
- Diagnose and fix under-performing campaigns by identifying whether issues come from creative fatigue, audience, budget/learning, or lead quality.
- Maintain tracking and source attribution, produce monthly performance reports, and coordinate creative refreshes with the design team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on paid digital/performance marketing at a senior level with a lead-generation focus (real estate/classifieds/property/finance or comparable high-consideration lead-gen).
- Demonstrable, hands-on expertise in both Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (not just oversight), including building and optimizing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills owning CPL/CPQL/CVR/ROAS, with the ability to identify drivers of performance and take corrective action.
- Comfort with GA4 and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Experience managing multiple accounts and budgets simultaneously, ideally across more than one market.
