What you will do

• Lead engagement with financial sector partners and define strategies for scaling financial products adapted to agricultural value chains.
• Structure partnerships with financial institutions and introduce smart incentives to increase financing.
• Provide technical leadership in the design and development of tailored financial products and services.
• Oversee technical assistance to banks and non-bank intermediaries to enhance their lending practices.
• Represent the project in high-level meetings with the Government of Indonesia, NGOs, and business associations.
• Supervise implementing partners, subcontractors, and internal staff members.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.
• 10–12 years of experience in MSME finance, agricultural finance, or financial sector development.
• Proven experience working with banks, microfinance institutions, and fintechs.
• Expertise in financial product development and risk management.
• Experience working in Indonesia is required.
• Fluency in English is required.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia.
