What you will do

• Define, maintain, and prioritize the Digital Enablement product roadmap in alignment with overall digital strategy.
• Gather and document product requirements, maintaining a prioritized backlog with actionable user stories.
• Act as the primary liaison between business owners, IT delivery teams, and external vendors.
• Monitor delivery progress, identify risks, and ensure high-quality, timely product launches.
• Define and track key metrics such as adoption and conversion to drive evidence-based product iterations.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or digital project delivery.
• Proven experience managing digital products end-to-end from ideation to launch.
• Experience in financial services, insurance, or fintech sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required.
• Located in Jakarta Selatan, Jakarta Raya.

Nice to have

• Professional Product Management certification (e.g., CSPO, PMPO).
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Figma.
