What you will do

• Structure and negotiate distribution deals for linear channels, VOD, and streaming platforms.
• Identify and recruit new distribution partners to meet revenue targets.
• Manage ongoing relationships with affiliate partners, including renewals and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with Marketing to execute initiatives that support distributor goals.
• Work with Legal and Finance departments to finalize commercial terms and manage budgets.
• Represent the company at industry trade shows and events.

Requirements

• Fluent proficiency in English and Dutch required.
• Proven experience in an affiliate sales environment with an established network.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to balance revenue, reach, and risk.
• Ability to interpret financial models and market trends.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for senior stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Business proficiency in Swedish or Norwegian.
• Experience with advertising across linear and digital (AVOD, FAST, CTV).
• Interest in AI tools for data analysis and workflow efficiency.
• Experience managing digital product launches or app integrations.
