What you will do

• Oversee marketing campaigns across YouTube, social media, and CPA networks using platforms like Impact Radius.
• Onboard new affiliate partners and manage contractual agreements.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize budget allocation and meet ROI targets.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with influencers and content creators.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, SEO, PPC, and Legal.
• Research and implement new technologies and trends in affiliate and influencer marketing.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in affiliate, partnership, or influencer marketing.
• Deep knowledge of affiliate platforms like Impact or Rakuten.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Proven experience using AI tools for marketing optimization.
• English and Ukrainian: Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Experience with CPA, SEO, and PPC is highly desirable.
