What you will do

• Prepare materials and tooling for thermal protection systems according to technical instructions.
• Perform molding operations (RTM, infusion) and curing in autoclaves or ovens.
• Execute post-processing including trimming, sanding, and fitting using CNC machines.
• Ensure production quality standards, traceability, and resolution of non-conformities.
• Perform first-level maintenance on production equipment such as CNC machines and ovens.
• Propose process and tool optimizations to improve workshop efficiency.

Requirements

• Technical degree (Associate's equivalent) in composites, materials, manufacturing, plastics engineering, or aeronautics.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in composite manufacturing.
• Experience in aerospace, space, defense, marine, or high-performance automotive sectors.
• Proficiency in molding, infusion, and curing processes.
• Experience operating CNC machine tools for composite post-machining.
