hirify.global is developing, producing, and operating Nyx, a modular and reusable space orbital vehicle designed for cargo and potentially human transport.

What you will do

• Act as the first point of contact for colleagues regarding hardware, software, and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Manage the onboarding and offboarding process, including device setup and account creation.
• Track and manage hardware inventory across various company sites.
• Assist in the maintenance of local networks to ensure reliable connectivity.
• Support the administration of the Microsoft 365 environment, including user accounts and licenses.
• Collaborate with the central IT team to contribute to ongoing improvement projects.

Requirements

• Genuine interest in IT and how technology enables team productivity.
• Strong problem-solving instincts and high attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with non-technical colleagues.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Familiarity with Windows or macOS environments.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to Munich, Germany.
