What you will do
- Operationalize, administer, and maintain the platform to resolve complex technical issues.
- Identify opportunities to maximize customer value from the platform.
- Conduct daily health checks and provide strategic technical direction to customer IT support staff.
- Collaborate with Technical Support Engineers and Customer Success Managers on account activities.
- Track activity, root cause analysis, and status reports.
- Document best practices and contribute to internal playbooks.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT, consulting, or systems administration.
- Must be based in France, Germany, Italy, Spain, or the UK.
- Broad knowledge across technical domains with deep expertise in endpoint security, incident response, or systems management.
- Proficiency in utility scripting (Bash, PowerShell, VBScript, or Python).
- Strong troubleshooting, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to articulate technical problem statements and plans of attack.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with the platform.
- Ability to speak German, Spanish, or French.
