Location: Must be based in Santa Clara, California, USA (office-based with flexibility)
Salary: $167,000 - $270,500 per year

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end solution design for complex, non-standard New Product Introductions (NPI) across the enterprise portfolio.
- Architect system integrations between Salesforce/CPQ, SAP ERP, and proprietary licensing engines to ensure transactional integrity.
- Translate high-level business monetization strategies into precise functional specifications (BRDs/PRDs) for IT engineering.
- Act as the central point of contact between Product Managers, Finance, Sales Operations, Legal, and Core Engineering.
- Manage post-deployment stabilization of new products to minimize defects and ensure a smooth transition to run teams.
- Collaborate on AI-driven SDLC initiatives, including automated BRD completeness checks and SKU publishing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in Technical Product Management, Solution Architecture, or Systems Consulting focused on NPI and O2C flows.
- Strong technical expertise in CPQ platforms (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, Callidus) and SAP ERP modules (SD/Billing, FI/CO).
- Deep understanding of digital licensing, entitlements, and provisioning in SaaS, PaaS, or hybrid hardware environments.
- Experience engineering recurring revenue models, consumption models, or enterprise license agreements (ELAs).
- No immigration sponsorship available; must have valid US work authorization.
