• Lead the Switch PD Group responsible for the physical design and implementation of switching chips.
• Manage the full PD lifecycle from RTL to GDSII for large-scale chips.
• Ensure timely tape-outs while strictly adhering to target speed, area, and power specifications.
• Implement high-quality design standards using cutting-edge technologies for complex semiconductor projects.

Requirements

• BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
• At least 10 years of professional experience in Physical Design.
• Several years of proven experience as a manager in the physical design field.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. export control laws (EAR).
