Launch Project Manager (NPI)

Location: Hsinchu, Taiwan; hybrid work model

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end new product introduction and packaging development from project kick-off through mass production and on-shelf launch.
• Coordinate product variants, structural packaging, graphic assets, documentation, SKU plans, and final packaged-product releases.
• Drive alignment across marketing, industrial and CMF design, engineering, operations, manufacturing, and regional localization teams.
• Build and manage project schedules, milestones, quality benchmarks, critical-path deliverables, and cross-functional engineering activities.
• Oversee BOM creation, product configuration management, packaging artwork, and packaging lifecycle execution.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans while protecting the out-of-box experience and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of project management experience in consumer electronics, mobile accessories, or smart hardware.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex hardware NPI projects from concept through development and global commercialization.
• Strong ability to build, track, and manage critical-path schedules and cross-functional engineering deliverables.
• Solid knowledge of Bills of Materials, Engineering Change Orders, and product configuration management.
• Experience collaborating with multicultural teams across diverse time zones.
• Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English and a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, operations, business administration, or a related field.

• Experience with video collaboration tools.
• Practical experience in retail packaging development, structural design, or branded consumer goods.
