Senior Project Manager (Clinical)

Location: Remote, Taipei, Taiwan; willingness to travel approximately 25% is required.

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day project and programme activities to deliver quality outcomes.
• Develop and execute project plans aligned with project goals and objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate project implementation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and project scope.
• Develop project documentation and reports with clear, actionable findings.
• Mentor team members and contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field.
• Extensive project management experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, with a record of leading successful projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Experience leading and mentoring teams and managing competing priorities.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% as required.
