What you will do

• Lead project and programme management activities across clinical research initiatives.
• Develop and execute project management strategies for efficient clinical trial operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Oversee progress, manage risks, and implement solutions to ensure successful delivery.
• Provide strategic guidance on prioritisation, stakeholder communication, and organisational alignment.
• Build partnerships with external stakeholders and share project management best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific or healthcare-related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Extensive project management experience in clinical research or healthcare.
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20% as required.
