What you will do
- Develop and implement scalable processes for the collection team.
- Optimize current operational workflows to increase efficiency.
- Monitor and maintain metrics and SLAs to ensure optimal performance levels.
- Analyze operational data to identify problems and recommend improvement plans.
- Collaborate closely with other operations teams for business process improvement and implementation.
Requirements
- Experience of at least 1 year in Operation Excellence or operations improvements (fresh graduates from reputable universities are welcome).
- Proven ability to coordinate projects and campaigns across various teams.
- Strong analytical skills for reviewing detailed data and producing meaningful analysis.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes.
- Working knowledge of medium-to-large scale operations.
- Ability to multitask and execute in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
