What you will do

• Process and respond to legal and regulatory requests, including direct communication with government bodies.
• Serve as the operational point of contact for escalated cases requiring cross-functional coordination.
• Extract and monitor operational data using Datawind to generate actionable reports for local management.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and develop AI-assisted internal tools to reduce manual workload.
• Support the rollout of new procedures and act as a bridge between local and global operations teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Law, or Engineering.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in both Turkish and English.
• Hands-on experience with Datawind for operational data extraction.
• Basic coding proficiency and interest in AI API integration and workflow automation.
• Familiarity with Turkish regulatory processes and the crypto/fintech space.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams.

Nice to have

• Experience with Claude Cowork or similar AI-assisted workflow tools.
• Knowledge of blockchain, digital assets, or analytic tools such as Elliptic.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams across different time zones.
