What you will do

• Manage onboarding and identity verification (KYC) processes for new and existing clients.
• Monitor customer-related issues and trends to identify operational gaps and process improvements.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve platform-related inquiries.
• Create and maintain internal knowledge bases, including SOPs and FAQ articles.
• Provide general operational support as directed by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Proficiency in both verbal and written Mandarin and English.
• Must be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
• Strong numerical aptitude and analytical thinking skills.
• Ability to work on a shifting schedule.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
