What you will do
- Support Product Owners and Managers in defining product initiatives and business requirements across platforms.
- Utilize analytics and data-driven insights to identify optimization opportunities and measure the impact of enhancements.
- Develop comprehensive documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Manage and refine the product backlog to prioritize enhancements and technical improvements.
- Create detailed process maps and workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure alignment on the roadmap and effective implementation.
Requirements
- English: Excellent written and oral proficiency required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
- Experience in requirements gathering and complex project management (preferred).
- Knowledge of Agile software product development (preferred).
- Approximately 2 years of experience as a Product Analyst or similar role (preferred).
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle.
- Ability to effectively manage conflicting stakeholder needs.
