What you will do

• Support Product Owners and Managers in defining product initiatives and business requirements across platforms.
• Utilize analytics and data-driven insights to identify optimization opportunities and measure the impact of enhancements.
• Develop comprehensive documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Manage and refine the product backlog to prioritize enhancements and technical improvements.
• Create detailed process maps and workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure alignment on the roadmap and effective implementation.

Requirements

• English: Excellent written and oral proficiency required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience in requirements gathering and complex project management (preferred).
• Knowledge of Agile software product development (preferred).
• Approximately 2 years of experience as a Product Analyst or similar role (preferred).

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle.
• Ability to effectively manage conflicting stakeholder needs.
