What you will do

• Optimize custom predictive machine learning models for credit risk scoring through feature selection and parameter binning.
• Query, process, and cleanse datasets to ensure data integrity for analysis.
• Analyze key risk metrics and conduct deep-dive exploration to find framework improvements.
• Create reports and dashboards to monitor the performance and impact of models.
• Maintain the credit risk model platform and build necessary data ingredients for effective modelling.
• Provide guidance on implementing state-of-the-art credit risk modelling methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (Math, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar).
• Proficiency in statistical computer languages such as Python, R, SAS, or SQL.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a drive to master new technologies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Strong sense of project ownership and willingness to learn new skills independently.
