What you will do

• Define product strategy and roadmap aligned with micromobility and vertical objectives and user needs.
• Design experiments with analytics support to guide product decisions and positioning.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and other cross-functional teams from concept to launch.
• Prioritize features and enhancements using customer requirements and data analysis.
• Define and track key product metrics, iterating based on data insights.
• Lead product development processes including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product reviews.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product development or a related field, ideally in tech or mobility, in fast-paced agile environments.
• Strong background in Pricing roles (operational, strategy, or product), including pricing tradeoffs, price models, and optimization.
• Experience launching and scaling successful products in a similar domain.
• Solid understanding of product development methodologies (Agile, Scrum) and experience using product management tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for data-driven decision-making.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
