What you will do
- Execute product strategy and conduct market research using AI-powered tools for research, synthesis, and ideation.
- Collaborate with design teams to co-create user-centric solutions using AI-assisted prototyping and usability analysis.
- Develop and refine product roadmaps and maintain a prioritized backlog using data-supported prioritization.
- Oversee the end-to-end feature development lifecycle from concept to launch and scaling.
- Partner with AI and data engineering specialists to integrate automation, prediction, or recommendation systems.
- Communicate product vision and outcomes to stakeholders through data storytelling and AI-enhanced narratives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product management, ideally in a technology-driven environment.
- Must be based in Ukraine.
- Proficiency with AI-enhanced tools for research and workflow automation (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, n8n, Miro AI).
- Experience working with Agile teams and product management systems like Jira, Confluence, or Notion.
- Strong understanding of product discovery, delivery, and analytics processes.
- Analytical mindset with a data-informed approach to problem solving.
