What you will do

• Own the technical strategy and execution for UK decentralized compute sites to ensure high performance and efficiency.
• Lead early-stage technical evaluations and screening of prospective spaces and colocation data halls.
• Drive the end-to-end deployment lifecycle from initial site assessment to final commissioning.
• Act as the primary execution lead on-site, coordinating with landlords, external contractors, and internal teams.
• Manage technical fitouts, physical logistics, equipment rigging, and hardware deployment schedules.
• Oversee the installation and maintenance of direct-to-chip liquid cooling loops and localized infrastructure.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience executing data centre fitouts, colocation deployments, or decentralized infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of mission-critical facilities infrastructure, including power distribution and backup UPS systems.
• Direct experience with high-performance computing (HPC) hardware or advanced GPU rack architectures.
• Deep understanding of liquid cooling systems and infrastructure.
• Proven experience managing general contractors, suppliers, and physical site construction timelines.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in London.
