What you will do

• Analyze large datasets to uncover patterns and insights related to customer behavior.
• Develop predictive models to forecast customer activities, trends, and real-time churn.
• Utilize machine learning techniques to optimize CRM strategies and automated campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven business strategies.
• Define and track key performance indicators to measure project impact.
• Present findings and actionable recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD degree in a quantitative field.
• Strong proficiency in statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
• Expertise in Python or R and SQL.
• Proven experience in large-scale data analysis and hypothesis testing.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for presenting complex data insights.

Nice to have

• Experience in the gambling industry or CRM data analysis.
• Knowledge of TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Bayesian statistics (PyMC3).
• Expertise in Google BigQuery and Looker.
• Experience with A/B testing, optimization theory, or reinforcement learning.
