What you will do
- Lead influencer and creator strategy aligned with brand objectives, social strategy, and audience behaviors.
- Identify, vet, and recommend creators across macro and micro segments, ensuring brand safety, authenticity, and audience alignment.
- Own end-to-end influencer campaign delivery: briefing, contracting, content review/approvals, go-live, and performance reporting.
- Build and maintain relationships with creators, talent agencies, and platform partners.
- Present strategies, recommendations, and results to clients and manage expectations throughout partnerships.
- Measure performance and develop insights/POVs on influencer trends, platform changes, and creator economy shifts.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an influencer/creator strategy role within an advertising/marketing agency, talent agency, or client team.
- Demonstrated ability to manage influencer campaigns end-to-end for well-known brands.
- Strong understanding of the creator ecosystem across major platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).
- Experience using influencer identification and measurement tools (e.g., CreatorIQ, Traackr, or similar).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strong relationship-building ability across clients, creators, and internal teams.
- Comfort managing multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment with strong organization and attention to detail.
