TL;DR

Senior Influencer Strategist: Develop, manage, and deliver influencer and creator programmes for a leading brand with an accent on end-to-end campaign delivery, creator selection/vetting, and performance measurement. Focus on building creator partnerships that resonate with audiences and integrating influencer activity into the broader social approach.

Location: Hybrid (work from home / Sea Containers office, London, SE1)

What you will do

  • Lead influencer and creator strategy aligned with brand objectives, social strategy, and audience behaviors.
  • Identify, vet, and recommend creators across macro and micro segments, ensuring brand safety, authenticity, and audience alignment.
  • Own end-to-end influencer campaign delivery: briefing, contracting, content review/approvals, go-live, and performance reporting.
  • Build and maintain relationships with creators, talent agencies, and platform partners.
  • Present strategies, recommendations, and results to clients and manage expectations throughout partnerships.
  • Measure performance and develop insights/POVs on influencer trends, platform changes, and creator economy shifts.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an influencer/creator strategy role within an advertising/marketing agency, talent agency, or client team.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage influencer campaigns end-to-end for well-known brands.
  • Strong understanding of the creator ecosystem across major platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).
  • Experience using influencer identification and measurement tools (e.g., CreatorIQ, Traackr, or similar).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strong relationship-building ability across clients, creators, and internal teams.
  • Comfort managing multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment with strong organization and attention to detail.
