Information Systems Security Engineer (Cybersecurity): Providing cybersecurity and information assurance support for a major DoD IT Operations Division with an accent on Risk Management Framework (RMF) and compliance. What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and track Risk Management Framework (RMF) system security plans to obtain ATO and DATO.
• Perform Ports, Protocols, and Services Management (PPSM) and conduct vulnerability-level risk assessments.
• Mitigate and remediate IT and CS system-level vulnerabilities per STIG requirements.
• Execute regular vulnerability assessments using tools such as ACAS and SCC.
• Deploy security updates and conduct routine audits of IT system components.
• Support cyber compliance of assets within enterprise IT network environments, including Windows servers and Cisco hardware.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Current Secret Clearance or higher required.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related STEM field.
• 7+ years of professional experience in capturing security operational requirements and executing security controls.
• At least one of the following certifications: CASP+ CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP, GCED, GCIH, or CCSP.
• Must be based in Philadelphia, PA for full-time onsite work.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with cybersecurity tools like ACAS and SCC.
• Experience implementing and maintaining DoD RMF processes.
• Strong understanding of STIG, SRG, and associated security protocols.
