What you will do

• Develop and own data pipelines, models, and automated processes to ensure accurate data collection and analysis.
• Create and maintain product dashboards serving as the central point of truth for Leadership, Product Development, and Marketing.
• Analyze play patterns and trends to inspire the development of new or improved game features and content.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and track quantitative and qualitative metrics and KPIs to drive business outcomes.
• Conduct ongoing performance analyses of projects during development, at launch, and beyond.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with global data regulations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working as a Data Analyst.
• 2+ years of games industry experience, including live-operations.
• University Diploma in Statistics, Math, Engineering, Economics, or another quantitative field.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, PHP, and C++.
• Experience with Looker Studio or similar analytical tools.
• Must be located and eligible to work in the United States or Canada.

Nice to have

• Technical familiarity with Unity, its analytical capabilities, and backend services.
• Knowledge of games, VR, or software development lifecycles.
• Ability to design and develop complex SQL queries and troubleshoot data discrepancies.
