What you will do

• Provide creative direction and guidance to internal teams, artists, and technicians.
• Oversee the entire production process, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
• Conduct on-set VFX supervision for VFX and Virtual Production shoots.
• Collaborate with directors, cinematographers, and various production departments.
• Resolve technical and creative blockers with seamless, elegant solutions.
• Manage project budgets and meet strict production deadlines.

Requirements

• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Sydney, Australia.
• Extensive experience in VFX post-production.
• Proven track record as a CG Supervisor or VFX Supervisor on 2-3 major films.
• Expert knowledge of industry-standard software including Maya, Houdini, Nuke, and Unreal Engine.
• Strong aesthetic judgment in light, composition, and cinematic design.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and financial management skills.
