What you will do

• Manage external outsourcing partners for character, texture, UI, 2D/3D asset development.
• Ensure clear communication and understanding between project lead, tech team, and artists.
• Contribute to defining the artistic vision for mobile titles.
• Oversee art asset development for multiple projects.
• Assist with asset integration into production.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to execute a creative vision.
• Exceptional eye for composition, color, and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with 2D, 3D, UI, animation, and visual effects in game art.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and take ownership.
• Proficiency with Photoshop, Maya, Max, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of anatomy and architecture.
• Clear and proactive communication skills.

Nice to have

• Basic familiarity with Unity3D including lighting, material setup, animation system, and general workflows.
• Experience with mobile game development.
• Experience with quadruped character development.
