What you will do

• Establish and drive the visual look and animation of VFX in collaboration with creative Supervisors.
• Lead the production of scene-specific and reusable 3D effects to meet project standards.
• Mentor, direct, and manage the performance of the effects crew.
• Maintain a comprehensive effects library to ensure stylistic consistency and production efficiency.
• Develop technical workflows and generate compatible caches for Katana, Maya, Houdini, and Nuke.
• Create a full range of CG effects including particles, fluids, destruction, and crowd systems.

Requirements

• Expertise in producing effects using Maya and Houdini.
• Proficiency in compositing with Nuke.
• Experience using Katana for rendering.
• Proven ability to solve complex technical problems and meet production deadlines.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and adaptability skills.
