Requirements

• Master's degree in Computational Linguistics or equivalent field.
• 5+ years experience creating AI datasets using diverse approaches including synthetic and human-in-the-loop methods.
• Experience with speech, text, and multimodal data in multiple languages.
• Experience leading cross-team data creation strategies for long-term science customers.
• Familiarity with machine learning training and evaluation data needs.
• Knowledge of APIs, version control, agile development, and data analysis tools (SQL, R, Matlab).

Salary: $84,000–$185,000 per year
