What you will do

• Architect and build LLM-driven applications and AI platforms.
• Design, optimize, and deploy Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Develop and operate AI systems across GenAI, traditional ML, and automation use cases in cloud environments.
• Collaborate with backend, cloud, and product teams to integrate AI solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and help define AI engineering standards within the organization.
• Lead the design of enterprise-grade AI platforms and provide technical guidance to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI engineering, with a focus on Generative AI, RAG, and cloud-based systems.
• Strong programming skills in Python with experience building backend services and APIs.
• Deep expertise in RAG (ingestion, chunking, embeddings, vector search) and tools like LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
• Proficiency with vector databases (MongoDB Atlas, FAISS, Pinecone) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and classical ML techniques (classification, regression, clustering).
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and MLOps/LLMOps (CI/CD, experiment tracking, AI observability).
