What you will do

• Design and implement LLM-based autonomous agents capable of planning, reasoning, tool-use, and task decomposition.
• Build production-scale orchestration frameworks using LangGraph, Pydantic AI, Google ADK, and CrewAI.
• Implement agent-to-agent (A2A) communication protocols using Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Develop cloud-native infrastructure for agent deployment utilizing Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and GCP.
• Architect vector and graph database integrations for agent memory and semantic recall.
• Build and scale LLM evaluation pipelines, including human-in-the-loop and automated frameworks.

Requirements

• 6+ years in software engineering, with 3+ years building production-grade AI/ML systems.
• Must be based in Buenos Aires, Argentina (Hybrid position).
• Deep expertise in LLM agent frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, and Pydantic AI.
• Strong proficiency in Python, TypeScript, and experience with distributed microservices.
• Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, ChromaDB) and knowledge graphs (Neo4j).
• Production experience with cloud-native infrastructure including Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS/GCP.

Nice to have

• Experience in fundraising, fintech, or high-compliance domains.
• Contributions to open-source agent frameworks or AI developer communities.
• Familiarity with agentic evaluation strategies and AI observability tooling.
