Senior Product Developer (AI)

Location: Remote within Canada, with a preference for PST/EST time zones; department location is Vancouver, British Columbia.

Salary: $110,000–$120,000 CAD base annually, plus bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain reliable, reusable code across the Salesforce platform and cloud-native stack.
• Design and ship features for existing and emerging SaaS products and AI agents.
• Define improved development processes and provide technical leadership across development efforts.
• Review proposed solutions and ensure software supports long-term business objectives.
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, troubleshoot production issues, and provide tier 3 support.
• Improve code quality, organization, and automation while participating in monthly spike days.

Requirements

• Computer Science degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of professional object-oriented programming experience in a product environment.
• Experience serving as a technical leader on a development team.
• Web development experience with component-based JavaScript and TypeScript frameworks such as React.
• Understanding of scalable application design principles, relational databases, and collaborative development.
• Ability to work remotely from Canada and make decisions independently.

Nice to have

• Experience with trunk-based development and continuous delivery in AWS or Vercel.
• Experience automating processes with AI or using AI coding agents.
