What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code across Salesforce and cloud-native stacks.
• Ship new features across existing and emerging product lines.
• Lead development processes and define technical standards for the team.
• Oversee solution architecture to ensure long-term business alignment and scalability.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks, bugs, and production issues.
• Participate in collaborative pair-programming and innovation sessions.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada.
• 5+ years of professional experience in object-oriented programming.
• Proven experience as a technical leader on a development team.
• Strong proficiency in component-based frameworks like React and TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of relational databases and design principles for scalable applications.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a collaborative environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with trunk-based development and continuous delivery (AWS, Vercel).
• Experience automating processes with AI and using AI coding agents.
