What you will do
- Build relationships with recruiters and hiring managers and develop sourcing strategies.
- Find, assess, and present candidates for Account Executive, Solutions Architect, Data, and AI roles.
- Engage passive candidates using sourcing tools and strategic sourcing methodologies.
- Use data to assess the market, conduct talent mapping, and build diverse pipelines.
- Provide an extraordinary candidate experience.
Requirements
- 2+ years of sourcing experience in technical or go-to-market recruiting.
- Expertise in traditional and advanced talent sourcing techniques.
- Experience implementing creative recruiting approaches and knowledge of the latest creative resources and techniques.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
