What you will do

• Develop and execute growth strategies for hirify.global Web3 tools and identify target user segments.
• Design effective incentive programs and growth playbooks based on deep understanding of on-chain protocols.
• Establish partnerships with project and protocol teams to drive joint operations and liquidity management.
• Monitor on-chain data and market dynamics to continuously optimize growth strategies.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Ecosystem teams to drive feature iterations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Crypto/Web3 with extensive knowledge of on-chain protocols.
• Proficiency in on-chain data analysis and tracking user behavior.
• Existing relationships within Web3 communities and protocol teams.
• Results-driven mindset with the ability to set strategies around core metrics.
• English: C1 proficiency required for international collaboration.

• Prior operations experience at a major Web3 protocol.
• Experience in public chain ecosystem growth.
