Salary: $180,000–$210,000 (base) + performance bonuses

What you will do

• Identify and evaluate new program opportunities, leading due diligence across underwriting, insurance product, legal, and insurance operations.
• Design program structure recommendations, including coverage architecture, underwriting guidelines, and rating frameworks; draft program assessment templates with annual forecasts.
• Negotiate, execute, and maintain Program Management Agreements; run performance audits and portfolio analyses against program KPIs.
• Manage partner and client relationships, including partner visits, stewardship reviews, and representing programs externally at senior levels.
• Drive cross-functional improvements with the insurance product team on renewal terms and processes; continuously improve scalability and efficiency across program operations.
• Use AI-powered tools to enhance program analysis, client reporting, and operational workflow efficiency.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience; college degree required.
• Experience in management and/or professional liability insurance, including program, captive, or alternative risk structures.
• Proven ability to manage complex program portfolios end-to-end (prospecting, underwriting, regulatory compliance, and program stewardship) with minimal oversight.
• Substantive experience in program due diligence, structure design, and inception (not only operational maintenance).
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across actuarial, field underwriting, legal, IT, and claims.
• Excellent multi-stakeholder client relationship skills and comfort representing the business externally at senior levels.
