What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for all-level positions in China, from intake meetings to onboarding.
  • Develop and implement talent supply strategies and mechanisms for the Bay region (Guangdong, Hainan, and Hong Kong).
  • Monitor and optimize recruitment KPIs, including Time to Hire, Diversity, and sourcing channel efficiency.
  • Drive the company's EVP strategy and Employer Branding roadmap within the Chinese market.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with target universities and manage campus recruitment events.
  • Support the digital transformation of the Talent Acquisition organization and manage external vendors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within a multinational corporation (MNC).
  • Proven track record of leading and deploying recruitment projects.
  • Native speaker of Mandarin.
  • Fluent English proficiency.
  • Strong knowledge of ATS tools and local labor laws.
