What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions from intake to offer.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to engage passive candidates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and external partners.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on pipeline health.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives for the local studio.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in-house or corporate.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (verbal and written).
• Strong sourcing skills across active and passive channels.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
