What you will do

• Identify, qualify, and attract candidates for executive search projects in the technology market.
• Conduct deep market intelligence and research to map talent landscapes.
• Develop presentations and documents for business development purposes.
• Collaborate with engagement teams, including Research Analysts, Principals, and Partners.
• Manage the search process end-to-end as you progress through the firm's seniority levels.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent.
• MBA or other advanced degree is considered an advantage.
• Proven ability in identifying and developing executive-level candidates.
• Strong research and market intelligence skills.
• Must be eligible to work in the US.
