What you will do

• Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships with technology companies, startups, and government entities in Jordan and the MENA region.
• Support graduates in securing full-time employment, internships, apprenticeships, and freelance engagements.
• Track and monitor graduate career progression and employment outcomes through regular alumni communication.
• Build relationships with the local startup ecosystem, incubators, and industry associations.
• Maintain accurate records of employer partnerships, vacancies, and graduate placement data.
• Develop processes and training pathways to enable graduates to access global remote work opportunities.

Requirements

• Must be a Jordanian National.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Degree in Business, HR, Education, Technology, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, workforce development, or business development.
• Strong understanding of Jordan's labor market and technology ecosystem.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with HR leaders, hiring managers, and external stakeholders.
