Outcomes Associate (EdTech)

Location: Jordan; the role supports Jordanian graduates and requires Jordanian nationality.

What you will do

• Build and manage partnerships with technology companies, startups, enterprises, government entities, development organizations, and industry associations in Jordan and the MENA region.
• Engage employers, HR leaders, hiring managers, founders, and ecosystem stakeholders to create hiring opportunities for graduates.
• Track graduate employment, career progression, freelance projects, startup development, and other career outcomes.
• Match graduates with full-time, contract, internship, apprenticeship, freelance, remote work, and entrepreneurship opportunities.
• Develop partnerships, processes, and training pathways that help graduates access global remote work and succeed as freelancers.
• Maintain partnership and graduate-outcome records and support meetings, reports, presentations, and stakeholder communications.

Requirements

• Jordanian nationality required.
• Fluent Arabic and English, written and spoken, required.
• Degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, Technology, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, employer engagement, workforce development, business development, sales, career services, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Jordan’s labor market and technology ecosystem, plus knowledge of regional and global technology hiring trends.
• Experience building employer and external-stakeholder partnerships and identifying new opportunities.
