Senior Software Engineer (Tooling)

What you will do

• Design and build high-impact full-stack internal tools from concept to deployment.
• Own the full SDLC, including design, development, testing, and iteration.
• Rapidly prototype and validate solutions with internal stakeholders.
• Integrate third-party tools, APIs, and internal systems.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery and code quality.
• Continuously refine, replace, or retire tools based on usage and feedback.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong full-stack capability covering frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience deploying and operating applications in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Deep daily experience using AI coding tools across the development workflow.
• Must be based in the US and able to work without restriction.

Nice to have

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform).
• Knowledge of CI/CD and modern DevOps practices.
• Experience with workflow automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, Temporal, or Airflow.
• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, Golang, or Rust.
• Experience integrating SaaS tools and APIs (e.g., Slack, Notion, Jira).
