What you will do

• Build and maintain full-stack features using Python, Next.js, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL.
• Develop backend APIs, business logic, and data workflows.
• Create frontend experiences, dashboards, and user-facing workflows.
• Implement AI-powered features, including document processing and LLM integrations.
• Support the migration of existing no-code processes into scalable application services.
• Collaborate with the Tech Lead and product stakeholders to deliver high-quality features.

Requirements

• 6+ years of software engineering experience.
• Must be located in Latin America.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong experience with Python (FastAPI) and React/Next.js.
• Solid understanding of TypeScript and relational database design (PostgreSQL).
• Experience delivering production software across both frontend and backend domains.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating LLMs or AI-powered workflows.
• Experience migrating systems from no-code or low-code platforms.
• Background in marketplace, fintech, or document-intensive products.
• Familiarity with AWS/GCP and CI/CD pipelines.
