Technical Leader (Go/Java/TypeScript)

Location: 100% remote with mandatory timezone flexibility to handle PST and EST schedules regularly.

What you will do

• Lead projects from estimation through deployment, enabling teams to build creative solutions.
• Architect end-to-end solutions, identify requirements, and select appropriate technologies.
• Interact directly with clients, communicating technical concepts to developers and non-technical stakeholders.
• Write and run unit tests to ensure code quality.
• Deploy applications on cloud services and manage cloud instances.
• Work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment operating across PST and EST time zones.

Requirements

• 7+ years of recent experience using at least two of: Golang, Java, or Python.
• Professional experience building front-ends using TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Solid experience with cloud functions, hosting, and instances (GCP, GAE, Firebase, or AWS).
• Experience with microservices, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), or cloud lambda functions.
• VERY strong communication skills with actual leadership experience.
• Expertise with RPC, session management, authentication, and authorization protocols.
• Prior experience working for an agency or service-based organization.
