What you will do

• Develop and execute listing and product strategies for regulated markets to drive user growth.
• Navigate complex regulatory environments (SEC, MiCA, etc.) in collaboration with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Policy teams.
• Benchmark against industry leaders to define and implement best-in-class listing standards.
• Partner with business development and trading product teams to discover and onboard high-quality assets.
• Develop scalable listing frameworks aligned with evolving jurisdictional requirements in the US, EU, and other key markets.
• Work with engineering and design to ship product features for asset discovery, screening mechanisms, and compliance workflows.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in product management, strategy, or business operations within a crypto exchange, fintech, or regulated financial services environment.
• Strong understanding of crypto asset classifications and regulatory frameworks (e.g., SEC guidance, MiCA).
• Deep product intuition and an execution mindset with the ability to ship fast and adapt to change.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels and lead cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Crypto-native mindset with a passion for the latest industry trends and developments.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in token listing, token due diligence, or digital asset evaluations.
• Understanding of trading, OTC, and orderbook liquidity frameworks.
• Knowledge of how listings impact liquidity, trading behaviors, and user acquisition.
• Exposure to DeFi, GameFi, or token governance ecosystems.
