What you will do

• Define and own the product vision and strategy for tokenisation across the entire asset lifecycle.
• Lead discovery with institutional clients and Web3 participants to build a prioritised product roadmap.
• Oversee the full product lifecycle from concept through design, build, and launch.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams to ensure alignment with MiCA, DLT Pilot Regime, and CSDR.
• Build and lead the product team, including hiring, mentoring, and establishing effective practices.
• Interface with the CEO, CTO, and executive leadership to report on success metrics and strategic progress.

Requirements

• At least ten years of product or strategy experience, including leadership of a product function.
• Deep expertise in digital assets, tokenisation of securities, and DLT infrastructure.
• Proven experience in regulated financial businesses such as exchanges, CSDs, or custodian banks.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Strong understanding of token standards and DLT architecture (e.g., ERC20, Canton, Hyperledger).
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and influence top management.
