What you will do

• Lead the design, deployment, and operational support of Linux and Windows production platforms.
• Architect enterprise server hardware, including lifecycle management, firmware, and performance diagnostics.
• Design and operate distributed storage platforms such as Ceph, NAS, and SAN architectures.
• Define and own the monitoring, alerting, and observability strategy for infrastructure.
• Establish technical standards and mentor the Systems Administration team.
• Act as the technical lead during infrastructure incidents to drive restoration and post-incident reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of relevant enterprise IT experience in a senior or lead infrastructure role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Linux/Windows administration and enterprise server hardware.
• Deep expertise in enterprise storage systems, with a strong preference for Ceph.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python or PowerShell.
• Must be available for on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice to have

• Experience with Infoblox for DNS/DHCP management.
• Advanced dashboarding skills with Grafana or similar observability tools.
